Acer rubrum; Canadian or Red maple, one of the most common and widespread deciduous trees of eastern and central North America. It is a beautiful rounded tree with ascending branches when young, maturing to a more rounded canopy. Red maples can attain a height of around 30 m. Leaves turn bright orange to deep red in autumn.
